He advises firms, investors, and governments on issues at the intersection of geopolitics, global macro, and economic policy, providing insights on positioning for global dynamics. David has previously served as senior advisor to the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade in New Zealand, was an associate principal with McKinsey & Company in Singapore, a senior fellow with the McKinsey Global Institute, and principal advisor at the New Zealand Treasury. David has a Ph.D. in public policy and a master’s degree in public policy from Harvard University, as well as a master of commerce degree in economics from the University of Auckland.

Steven Fercho serves as the exploration geoscience manager for Fervo Energy, bringing 17 years of experience in geothermal exploration and development.
