Avant de travailler chez OpenX, Nicholas avait déjà exercé de hautes fonctions chez SAP, notamment dans la gestion de produits, la stratégie organisationnelle et le développement d'entreprise. Mark Coates is Bentley’s international director of public policy and advocacy, where he helps to inform and guide government, policymakers, business leaders, and decision-makers globally on the benefits of digital transformation. A former quantity surveyor with an extensive background in global project delivery, Mark began his career in the construction sector 33 years ago. He has worked with Thames Water, United Utilities, ICI, Highways England, The Olympic Delivery Authority, and Crossrail. For the past 10 years, Mark has been working in digital transformation and has seen the great advances made by inspectors by adopting digital ways of working. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation and recently served as vice-chairman and chairman of the British Water Forum. Mark also serves on the Strategic Board of the UK’s Digital Twin Hub and is a member of the Institute of Government and Public Policy’s advisory board.

Catarina Freitas is the director general for environmental, green infrastructure, climate, and energy at the Municipality of Lisbon and a member of the Board of Lisboa E-Nova. She is also acting as the deputy manager of Lisbon Mission Cities project. For more than 20 years, she has coordinated the development of plans, projects, and transformative measures in various domains of local action, including energy transition, carbon neutrality, expansion of renewable energy sources, sustainable urban mobility, and smart cities, among others. Catarina holds a M.Sc. in chemical engineering and Ph.D. studies in environmental technology.

Lei has accumulated extensive leadership experience across multiple key roles at Baosteel and China Baowu Design Institute. As a professor-level senior engineer and senior accountant, Lei is a graduate of Harvard University’s General Management Program (GMP).
