Port Polska is transforming Poland into a connected transportation hub by integrating airport, rail, and road infrastructure in one national program. The organization is leading delivery across 83 parallel projects, but needed to address major coordination challenges across disciplines, contractors, technical standards, and review workflows.

Using ProjectWise, the team created a governed digital delivery environment that kept contributors aligned to current project data. This approach supported 5,700 users, nearly 40 terabytes of data, and over 7.7 million documents while helping reduce work hours by 55%. It also improved review speed, reduced rework and design clashes, and supported a more sustainable, lower-paper delivery model for a complex public infrastructure program.
