Rosewood is an iconic, mixed-use, luxury development project in the commercial area of the Marina District in Lusail, Doha. It is comprised of two main towers linked at the base by a three-level podium, reaching a built-up area of 152,684 square meters. The organic architectural concept portrays an impression of two coral structures, presenting structural challenges that include designing a cantilever slab system on four corners amid a tight project budget.
