The Abilene Data Center Project is a hyperscale, AI-optimized campus delivered through phased buildouts of 10 large-scale buildings, each on an aggressive six-month construction cycle. DPR Construction serves as the lead construction partner and general contractor for Crusoe, managing extreme schedule compression, continuous design evolution, dense underground utilities, and vertically layered MEP systems. Trillium Advisory Group ULC, a Bentley Services Partner, provides digital coordination and constructability services.  

Using Bentley’s SYNCHRO 4D, the team linked geometry, schedule, and logistics so office and field teams could sequence work before mobilization. This approach improved schedule performance by 25%, cut rework by 50%, reduced unplanned stoppages by 60%, and avoided 48 potential utility strike events, preventing more than USD 1.2 million in damages. It helped the team deliver with fewer surprises and stronger execution confidence.
