The Florida Department of Transportation is working to improve 14 miles of I-4 in Central Florida. RS&H is supporting the initiative by coordinating multiple concurrent projects, stakeholders, and confidential delivery phases. The team needed a digital delivery approach to reduce review friction and keep current design information accessible across a complex, active corridor.

Using ProjectWise and Bentley Infrastructure Cloud, RS&H created a connected environment for controlled data access, federated reviews, and field-ready plan and model workflows. The approach reduced average design review time by 30%, saved 14,000 total hours through managed file workflows, and improved program coordination with reliable access to current information for office and construction teams. Their work supported more efficient delivery and better-informed decisions across the corridor.
