Pinnacle implemented a digital twin for its 137,593-square-meter Madurai campus, spanning six major facilities and more than 2,000 occupants. The team needed to unify disconnected asset monitoring tools, reduce manual asset mapping, and improve visibility across maintenance, equipment health, water systems, sanitation, energy, and indoor conditions.
Using Bentley applications, Pinnacle integrated BIM, IoT, and operations data with dashboards, alerts, workflows, and reports in a connected digital twin. This reduces maintenance time by 30%, maintenance costs by 20%, and work hours by over 10,000 annually. The digital twin also improves operational visibility and reduces paper usage by 80%.
