Envisioned as a strategic response to urban expansion and the growing developmental pressures in Agra, the Atal Puram Township aims to establish an inclusive and self-sustaining township where built infrastructure coexists harmoniously with nature, improving quality of life for residents and boosting tourism. Voyants is delivering the project and faced site and coordination challenges that demanded precision and foresight to ensure the township’s long-term viability and resilience. Previous traditional software lacked interoperability and optioneering capabilities, leading them to search for a comprehensive, integrated modeling solution.
Leveraging Bentley Open civil modeling applications with ProjectWise and SYNCHRO, Voyants established a connected data environment and digital twin, facilitating collaborative modeling and analysis of multiple design options and simulating construction. Working in an integrated digital design and construction management platform enabled seamless coordination among the project teams, improving productivity to save 56% in resource hours and INR 7.72 million in costs. The digital solution sets new industry standards, driving advancements in infrastructure design and engineering.
