Criteria.
Process and power generation
Your project should include an alternative design approach that accomplished at least one of the following:
- Significantly boosted productivity
- Improved sustainability via new construction methods, innovative equipment, or materials
- Transformed processes during operations to increase efficiency, safety, and reliability
Submissions must use Bentley software, either alone or in combination with other software. Suggested Bentley brands include AssetWise, iTwin, iTwin Capture, Plantsight, OpenPlant, OpenBuildings, OpenWindPower, AutoPIPE, ProjectWise, MicroStation, and SYNCHRO.
Submissions should include going digitalinnovations and will be judged against the following five key principles:
- Technical Innovation – Submissions should highlight the unique technical innovations achieved and the value gained through the integration and interoperability of Bentley products and third-party technology across teams, disciplines, organizations, and stakeholders.
- Process/Workflow Improvements – Submissions should demonstrate how process/workflow improvements helped increase individual efficiency and effectiveness of industry good practice, as well as compliance with project and/or industry standards.
- Organization or Regional Impact – Submissions should highlight the impact and value gain across their organizations and the application of industry good practice, as well as compliance with project and/or industry standards.
- Environmental Impact – Submissions should establish in terms of sustainability and social, economic, and/or environmental conditions, how the new or upgraded plant will improve the quality of life for people who live and work nearby.
- Return on Investment – Submissions should clearly present quantifiable results achieved, including gains in productivity, efficiency, and quality; mitigation and management of risk; increased safety; reduced time and cost; and improved asset performance, reliability, or resilience.
Submissions must include high-quality, engaging, and informative images, screenshots, models, simulations, animations and movies, charts, and/or diagrams.
