Chloé Meyer is a senior research director at Bluefield Research. She is part of Bluefield’s consulting practice where she provides industry insights and strategic guidance to solution providers and investors navigating the water sector. Prior to joining Bluefield, Chloé worked as a project manager in UNESCO’s Division of Water Sciences, with a focus on governance, transboundary cooperation, and information management in the Mediterranean region. She holds a MA in geography and water management from Paris Nanterre University.

Rod Naylor is a prominent water industry and infrastructure leader with 40 years’ experience in the water and environmental industries in Australia, New Zealand, the U.K., and the U.S. He is a principal and shareholder of GHD and the company’s global lead water. Rod is also a director of the Australian Water Association and of water-tech startup Divirod Inc., which is working to build the world’s most comprehensive water data lake and analytics platform. Recognized for his globally and technically extensive water sector knowledge and networks, Rod is highly regarded as an ambitious and creative champion of excellence in business performance, and in the delivery of community and sustainability outcomes through effective water management. He has long been an advocate for the increased integration of water into urban planning, regional renewal and the implementation of the energy transition. Rod is passionate about contributing to capability building and professional development and supporting young and diverse talent across the industry, cognisant of the acute need for talent to meet the accelerating challenge of managing water sustainably.
