Chris Luebkeman is educated as a geologist, engineer, and architect. He is a former professor at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich, the University of Oregon, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In 1999, Chris joined Arup as Director of Research and Development, where he became a corporate entrepreneur and founded the Foresight, Innovation, and Incubation team. There he led hundreds of workshops and strategy sessions exploring the potential impact of key drivers of change across cities and industries, including mobility, hospitality, retail, leisure, and energy. Chris is an author, facilitator, international speaker, futurist, strategist, and commentator on contemporary global change. After 20 years at Arup, he returned to his alma mater to support the president in ensuring the institutions future fitness.
Kaushik Chakraborty serves as senior vice president and regional executive, Asia Pacific, at Bentley Systems. He is responsible for driving regional growth, strengthening strategic customer relationships, and expanding the adoption of Bentley’s engineering, geospatial, and infrastructure digital twin solutions across the Asia-Pacific region. His focus is on helping infrastructure organizations accelerate project delivery, enhance asset performance, and advance their digital transformation initiatives.
Before joining Bentley in 2015, Kaushik held senior leadership roles at Intergraph and Leica Geosystems, with responsibilities spanning Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. With more than two decades of experience in the infrastructure technology sector, he has a proven track record of driving business growth, leading organizational transformation, and helping customers realize greater value through digital innovation.

Nicholas Cumins is chief executive officer and a board director of Bentley Systems, the infrastructure engineering software company reshaping how infrastructure systems and critical resources are delivered and optimized across their lifecycle.
Under his leadership, Bentley is expanding its role from project delivery to lifecycle intelligence. It helps engineers, constructors, operators, and resource developers use digital intelligence and trustworthy AI to make infrastructure more resilient, efficient, and sustainable.
Before becoming CEO, Nicholas served as Bentley’s chief operating officer and chief product officer, guiding the company’s shift to an open, cloud-based platform and accelerating the adoption of digital twins. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at SAP, Scytl, and OpenX.
Nicholas holds master’s degrees in law and business from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and is a dual French and U.S. citizen based in France.

Education and Philanthropy

Chris Bradshaw is chief sustainability and education officer at Bentley Systems, bringing together Bentley’s sustainability and education initiatives with the objective of empowering Bentley’s users to achieve sustainable and resilient outcomes, while ensuring the next generation of engineers has the tools and knowledge to succeed. He joined Bentley as chief marketing officer and was previously chief marketing and product officer of Blue Prism Group, a London-based software company that specializes in robotic process automation. Chris also worked at Autodesk in a variety of leadership roles, including chief marketing officer. Additionally, he managed flight software development for the United States Air Force, where he guided the development, testing, and integration of on-board computer systems for two national space programs. Chris earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Cornell University, and an M.B.A. from Duke University. He serves as a member of the Board of Project Lead the Way, a K-12 STEM education non-profit organization.
